We are your final destination for prenatal yoga in Jax. Prenatal Yoga is a perfect practice to begin during pregnancy. (That’s a lot of P’s!) A prenatal yoga practice can help you relieve discomfort, meet people going through the same thing, and help you relax. It gives you a moment to connect to your breath, body, and baby which is critical to your overall wellness. Most doctors and ACOG agree! Prenatal yoga is gentle enough to be safe for most people, yet challenging enough to help you prepare for birth and parenthood. Check the schedule because we offer different kinds of prenatal yoga in Jacksonville! And we always have tea and snacks after. We can’t wait to see you!
