Through various mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and meditation, you and your child will be able to employ new skills and hopefully, feel more positively about school! You’ll also learn how to pack easy, healthy lunches! Lunch can be fun and not another source of stress and resentment; all you need is fresh ideas that inspire you.
